WHAT IS SPIRITUALITY?
To us, spirituality means recognizing that we are all a part of one universal divine energy. This means that we’re all connected to something greater and everything and everyone is an extension of ourselves. When we are fully aligned with this ultimate truth, we effortlessly exhibit unconditional love, compassion, altruism, forgiveness, gratitude, and abundance.
Furthermore, the more we connect with the divine, the better we understand and realize, with wisdom and serenity, the perfection of everything for what it is. We come to understand that we create our own suffering when we detach from the present and project our own expectations or desires regarding our lives. Suffering is simply the result of not fully accepting reality as it is.
Spiritual development therefore involves attaining successive degrees of freedom in spirit based on the realization that our thoughts and emotions are not facts but merely mental constructions.
Another integral human component of the spiritual journey is the rediscovery of our divine soul and the expansion of our hearts by distinguishing our true essence from our wounds, masks, and fears, which are defensive mechanisms our ego has created to protect ourselves from pain.

WHAT IS INCLUDED FOR THIS EXPERIENCE (AND WHAT IS NOT)?
Included in this experience are all the expenses associated with our coaching, guidance, and activities.
We will also provide lunch for all three days of the immersion.
What is not included is primarily accommodation and transportation. We anticipate most of our participants to already have accommodation in the Playa del Carmen or Tulum areas.
We will also connect participants prior to the immersion to streamline transportation to the venue.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING AS A PARTICIPANT?
All you will need to bring for this event is comfortable clothes, water, yoga mat (if you have one), bathing suit + towel (optional for day 1), and cash for transportation (approx. MXN $500 pesos).
