While facilitating women’s circles, workshops, retreats, and online programs I was SHOCKED to see how many women work tirelessly, exchanging time for money, holding emotional and energetic space in one-on-one or group sessions, still trying to create through the old paradigm structure.
The yearning to craft structured programs and client journeys often clashes with the desire to control and do everything alone, causing further stress.
