In this session, we will help you truly meet yourselves for the first time by bringing full awareness to any subconscious patterns and limiting beliefs that are holding you back from experiencing the life & relationship you deeply desire. Together, we will help you release any blocked energy and repressed emotions so that we can make space to welcome in a new inner reality, one filled with more abundance, peace, joy, and love. In this session, we will celebrate the importance of your bodies as the physical containers that sustain your beautiful relationship. Through honoring yourself and your partner, we will help you continue to somatically release any critical self judgment regarding your physical appearance. You will also learn more about how emotions physically affect you and how to allow yourself to fully experience the spectrum of your emotional truth.
5. DEVELOP CLARITY (I SEE)
Purpose & Urgency
In this session, we will guide you to envision your ideal life with your partner in alignment with your highest selves so that together you can clearly see a path forward that fulfills the deepest needs of both partners. We will integrate this vision for both partners through a ritual that incorporates all your senses so that it becomes firmly encoded into your cellular memory.
6. EXECUTE INTENTIONALLY (I DO)

In this session, we will help you to break down your vision into consistent commitments that will pave the way towards your mutual success as partners. In this session, we will focus on amplifying your trust and strengthening your mutual attachment by practicing vulnerability in a variety of ways. We will help you to find ways to put down your shields in times of difficulty and learn to seek connection instead of protection. We will guide you to find the silver lining in all of your pain so that you realize the divine plan that was there for you all along.
9. INTEGRATION
Closing the Container
In this final session, we will wrap up and integrate all the experiences from the previous sessions in order to gain absolute clarity in ushering in the newest version of yourselves. We will call in all our power to support you to live an authentic, courageous, and generous life that is in full alignment with your shared vision and values.
